A lot of talk lately on radio and the internet about freeze-dried and dehydrated food storage. For those of us who feel it's important to have food reserves (likely even more important than ammo reserves), that begs the question: Dehydrated or Rotation?
Personally, I vote for a combination. It would be nice to have backup with dehydrated, but a rotation system ensures you keep eating what you've always eaten. On the other hand...if you can knock out a full year of food by buying one of those packages...sure makes it simple and convenient...
Would you choose that method, rotation, or some other?
